Step1:Pour 150g yoghurt, 1 egg, 50g white sugar, 3G yeast, 1g salt and 300g high flour into the bread machine. Start the flour mixing procedure twice (20 minutes in total).

Step3:Take the dough. Divide it into 9 ingredients and rub them into circles. Each dosage is about 63g. Place it in an 8-inch square baking pan. Start the fermentation process in the oven and make two rounds (1 hour). Put a bowl of boiling water in it.
Step4:Ferment the dough to twice the size. Brush the egg liquid on the surface. Preheat the oven. Put it into the oven for 150 ℃ for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step5:Eat while it's hot. It's delicious without friends.
Step6:It's very soft and sweet just out of the oven. It's a little hard when it's cold. It can be heated in the microwave oven for one minute to restore the soft taste.
