Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut bacon in half. Set aside.

  2. Step2:Put mushrooms, carrots and Flammulina mushrooms into the pot and blanch them. Sift them and drain the water.

  3. Step3:Mix the scalded ingredients with the ham and cucumber slices, and pour them with the Japanese style salad juice.

  4. Step4:Put the mixed ingredients into the bacon. Roll up the bacon. Insert and fix it with a toothpick.

  5. Step5:Put the bacon roll into the pan. Fry over low heat until it is yellowish and oily.

  6. Step6:Cream lettuce with Japanese dressing. Mix well.

  7. Step7:Dish bacon rolls. Remove toothpicks. Garnish with lettuce. Squeeze on chubby salad dressing.
