Step1:Making six inch Qifeng cak
Step2:120g coral sugar and 12g water. Cook slowly with a small fire. Turn all into big bubbles and turn off the fire. Pour into the Swan mold. Make sure to fill the bottom of the mold. Put the mold in the freezer for one hour.
Step3:Qifeng cake is covered with cream. It is surrounded by chocolate petals. The swan is demoulded and put on the cake.
