My family often makes plum vegetables and pork. This is not the case. The neighbor next door brings two taros. He thinks how to eat them well. My son said that the taro meat in the restaurant last time was also delicious. Why not make taro meat.
Step1:Buy fresh pork and wash it. Put it in the pot and cook it. (that is, use chopsticks to insert water without blood.) Take it out for standby.
Step2:While cooking the meat. Peel taro, wash it and cut into about 1 cm thick pieces. Fry it in a pan until golden on both sides.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. Dry the surface water of the cooked meat. Put the skin down in the oil pot and fry until the skin is golden.
Step4:Cut the fried meat into slices as thick as taro.
Step5:Cut a straight edge out of the fried taro slices.
Step6:The straight edge of the taro is aligned with the straight edge of the skin. One piece of taro and one piece of meat are in order.
Step7:Put the meat in a big bowl with the skin facing down. Then cut the remaining taro into pieces and fill in the bowl. Put ginger and garlic on it.
Step8:In another bowl, mix the sauce. Pour in three spoons of oyster sauce, two spoons of delicious soy sauce, two spoons of cooking wine and two spoons of water. Mix well and set aside.
Step9:Pour the juice on the taro and meat evenly.
Step10:Steam in an electric pressure cooker for half an hour.
Step11:Take out the bowl after steaming. Pour the soup in the small bowl.
Step12:Take another plate. Put it on the big bowl and turn it upside down.
Step13:Pour the juice just poured into the pot. Add a little starch to thicken the sauce. Then pour a little oil on it to make the sauce brighter.
Step14:Pour the sauce evenly over the meat.
Step15:Garnish it with coriander.
Step16:Finished drawings.
Cooking tips:Taro and meat slices should be even in thickness. The finished product will look better. If it's not for electric pressure cooker, the ordinary cooker needs to be steamed for an hour to a half. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
