Here's how it's done - pork for chicken breast. Flour for wheat bran.
Step1:① . boil quail eggs. Peel. ② . throw the whole tofu into the basin and crumple it with your hands. ③ Cut the chicken breast, carrot, onion and onion into pieces. Put them into the meat grinder and stir them. ④ . mix the minced meat and tofu. Start seasoning - add some salt, pepper, five spices, soy sauce and whatever I like. It's delicious. (I hate to learn a recipe and have a look at what kind of fresh seafood sauce it is. In a word, I have no money to buy it.)
Step2:Prepare two bowls or plates. Beat in the eggs and wait for the call. Pour some bran into the other bowl.
Step3:①. Wear disposable gloves on both hands (I can use it without two small plastic bags at home). ② . take a lump of meat stuffing. Make it into a flat circle. Poke a hole in the middle. Put in quail eggs. Cover it with meat on the side. Shape it well. ③ Throw the patty wrapped with quail eggs into the wheat bran and roll it. Then wrap the egg mixture and wait for it to fry. (I spread a piece of oiled paper to put the cake that crawled out of the wheat bran bowl. I dipped it in the egg liquid when I waited for the electric cake to be put into the pan. And I put it on my palm. I poured it up with the other hand and spread it evenly. It's better to save the egg liquid than rolling it in the jumping egg directly. Who knows.)
Step4:Plug in the electric cake pan and preheat it. Brush it with oil and fry it. Done. Ha ha ha ha h
Step5:Low oil, low fat and high protein are healthy. It's not bad to eat, but good to play. The idea is from Dutch or Scottish egg recipe.
