Dear friends, happy New Year ~ it hasn't been updated for a long time. This piece of my private land ^ New Year's feast is ready again. This warm and hearty dish is very suitable for family feast. It will add luster to your table. The rich aroma of Huadiao wine, fresh and tender chicken, mushrooms and Coprinus are full of soup. The whole mouth is full of fragrance.
Step1:Prepare materials. Mushroom soak soft. Apricot mushroom cut into hob. Small red pepper cut into circles.
Step2:Chop the chicken leg. Marinate it with Huadiao wine, soy sauce and white pepper for 30 minutes.
Step3:Put oil in the pot. Heat. Add onion, ginger, garlic and dried chilli. Stir in small heat.
Step4:Put in the chicken. Stir fry until the color turns white. Pour in the remaining marinade. Stir fry and color.
Step5:Put in mushrooms. All seasonings (salt, proper amount of Huadiao wine, 120ml oyster sauce, 30g sesame oil, 10g). Heat on high heat, then turn to medium low heat. Heat for 5 minutes.
Step6:Pour in the mushroom water. Then pour in the Pleurotus eryngii. Heat for 30 minutes until the sauce is thick.
Step7:Before leaving the pot, put in the small red pepper ring and the scallion leaf segment. Mix well. Drizzle with a little sesame oil to improve the color.
Cooking tips:1. Potatoes and carrots can also be used instead. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
