In 2008, I tasted the hot and sour kelp silk. It was so hot that I felt my way.
Step1:Blanch kelp in a bowl. Put some salt, sugar, vinegar and garlic. Heat the oil, stir fry the chili, turn off the heat and put some garlic in it. Then pour it into the kelp bowl. Marinate and eat it.
Cooking tips:Don't put too much salt. It's not delicious. So is sugar. It can be added later. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
