Step6:Spread the carrot shreds in a pan. Remove the water from the soaked rice and sprinkle it evenly on the carrot shreds. Spread it with a spatula. Put the meat pieces on the rice. Add the previous mutton soup. Submerge the rice
Step7:Open fire. After boiling, adjust to medium and small fires and cook. Generally, rice will be cooked in about 20 minutes
Step8:Add salt and cumin powder. You can add a little soy sauce to taste and color. Mix the rice and ingredients in the pot evenly to get out of the pot
Cooking tips:1. I forgot to put onions. You can add them in. 2. My wife said not to put raisins. She didn't want to eat salty and sweet ones. So she always felt something was missing. There was no way for pregnant women. 3. I think mutton should be seasoned when it's boiled or fried. It's better to stew it well in advance. 4. Because it's not an electric rice cooker.
