The student Party studying in Europe, because it likes cooking, can basically eat all kinds of home food in different places every day. This is my favorite combination of chicken wings and cheese.
Step1:Prepare the seasoning first - cheese (it can be made without cheese, but it's better to have it) sugar, salt, tomato sauce, Korean chili sauc
Step2:Clean the cut of wings and legs. Marinate 3 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce for half an hour. Salt can also be added for heavy taste. Prepare onion and Flammulina mushroom (with potatoes). Toss ginger slices and onion and butter (stir fry onion with butter is the first step of making spaghetti sauce. I like the creamy smell of stir fry). No butter can be replaced by ordinary oil.
Step3:In the pot. My kitchen is not as hot as the induction cooker tat.
Step4:Fry the onion until it changes color.
Step5:Heat the water and spread the Flammulina mushroom. Toss the scallion and ginger slices with ketchup and some salt.
Step6:Spread the marinated chicken wings and legs. Sprinkle a little sugar and salt evenly. Cover the pot and simmer for 1520 minutes.
Step7:Reduce the amount of water after stewing (don't stick to the pot in the middle of the stew) and sprinkle a layer of cheese.
Step8:Turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for a minute or two until the cheese melts. It's super delicious.
