The first winter solstice when I came out to practice. I was alone in a hut in a different place that day. I miss the taste of a family. Do not like to eat meat filling of their own mind to want to eat meat filling dumplings. Then do it yourself. The first time I did it, I thought about my mother's one move and found that making dumplings was really a family affair. You and I mix the stuffing. She makes dumplings alone. Step1:I bought dumpling flour. It's very good. Add some water and stir until it is flocculent. Dip some flour on your hand. Start mixing. And into a smooth dough ~ do not touch the pot oh. Wake up for half an hour with a wet blanket.
Step2:Filling is super simple.. Wipe the shredded zucchini and marinate it for a while until the water comes out and the water is squeezed out by hand. The more dry the zucchini, the better. Beat the eggs into a clean bowl. Fry them in the oil pan. Add soy sauce after setting. All of them can be evenly colored to mix the squash squeezed with the scrambled eggs. You can taste the salt. Generally, you don't need to add salt. Add some sesame oil
Step3:Make dumplings. I didn't take such a detailed picture that day ~ I'll give you a big egg. Ha ha h
Step4:Boil dumplings. I cruelly throw them into the boiling water one by one. Boil them until they are on the surface of the water with their stomachs bulging and then turn off the fire and take them out. Eat it.
Cooking tips:I didn't finish my bag once. I put it on the chopping board innocently to find out the next morning... It's stuck. So if you want to store it, you must sprinkle some flour on the chopping board now. After drying, you can put it in the fridge to freeze and cook delicious dishes.
