Yesterday's pie. Some of the remaining dough. It's just the same way to make pie and roll dough. Local materials. Made this elegant onion oil sesame flower roll. It's slightly salty and scallion fragrant. My Mr. radish is eaten as a snack. Because there is less dough, it's really a pocket flower roll. It can be made one at a time.
Step1:Generally speaking, I use warm milk instead of warm boiled water to make some shape pasta. Because most shape pasta needs good flexibility and is easy to shape. The milk can make the dough more tenacious and white. Mix yeast and warm milk. Pour in flour. Knead into a smooth dough. Ferment to twice the size.
Step2:Roll the dough into a rectangle about 15 cm wide.
Step3:Cut evenly into thin strips about 7 mm wide.
Step4:Brush the noodles evenly with salad oil. And sprinkle salt.
Step5:Sprinkle with black sesame and scallion.
Step6:Seven in a group. Use chopsticks to insert them from the bottom to the middle of the noodles.
Step7:The chopsticks are lifted from the middle. The left hand pinches out the two ends of the noodles. Stretch them a little.
Step8:Turn the chopsticks 12 times longitudinally with your right hand. Let the noodles wrap. Then turn the chopsticks horizontally. Screw them to the bottom and press on the end of the dough. Pull out the chopsticks.
Step9:Do the others in turn. Then put them in the pot. Cover them and wake up for 20 minutes.
Step10:The rolls need boiling water. Steam for about 10 minutes. Then simmer for 5 minutes without opening the lid. Then you can enjoy it out of the pot.
Cooking tips:I use less than half of the dough. Here I will give you the proportion of the original recipe. If you want to make this kind of small flower roll like me, you can reduce the proportion by half. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
