Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Mix low gluten flour, baking powder, salt and xylitol.

  2. Step2:Add in the softened butter. Rub with your hands until it's cornmeal like.

  3. Step3:Dissolve 10g of milk powder in 30ml of hot water. After cooling, add into the mixed flour. Add a small amount of egg liquid (about 5ml). Knead into dough.
