Step1:Mix low gluten flour, baking powder, salt and xylitol.
Step2:Add in the softened butter. Rub with your hands until it's cornmeal like.
Step3:Dissolve 10g of milk powder in 30ml of hot water. After cooling, add into the mixed flour. Add a small amount of egg liquid (about 5ml). Knead into dough.
Step4:Add dried cranberries. Knead until the dough is smooth. Do not touch it.
Step5:Divide the dough into pieces. Press it into cakes.
Step6:Put it into the baking tray with oiled paper. Brush the surface with egg liquid. Put it into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 200 ℃.
Cooking tips:When kneading the dough, add a small amount of egg liquid while kneading. If the dough is too thin, it will be easier to touch hands. Because I like the strong milk flavor and there is no cream, so I use the milk powder to replace the milk. In addition to cranberries, I also tried to add mmbeans. Chocolate tastes good. But the color of the green mmbeans after melting is terrible. Haha ~ there are skills in making delicious dishes.
