Because there is no shallot at home, so I changed it into coriander. I don't think there is any congee made by shallot.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Half cup Rice was

  5. Step5:Chopped coriander (use shallot if you have one

  6. Step6:Cut pork fillet and blanch to remove the smell.

  7. Step7:Cut the eggs into small pieces. The size depends on your preference.

  8. Step8:Put water in the pot. Put rice into the pot after boiling. Boil it to the extent you like. I boil it for about 20 minutes.

  9. Step9:When the rice is soft, pour in Scallion foam, ginger powder, sirloin and preserved egg. Keep boiling for 10 minutes. Watch for the last 10 minutes to prevent the pot from being pasted.

  10. Step10:Dangdangdang. Decorate it with small cauliflower leaves. It's delicious.
