One of my husband's favorite specialties
Step1:Clean the chicken gizzard with warm water and slice it. Cut the ginger and garlic into foam. Cut the garlic into 34cm segments for standby.
Step2:Hot oil. Put pepper in hot oil and stir fry until fragrant. Stir fry until crispy. Put in ginger and garlic foam. Stir fry until fragrant. Add in chicken gizzard and stir fry.
Step3:Stir fry until the surface of the gizzard is white. Add chopped peppers (depending on your taste). Stir fry until the gizzard is cooked. Add garlic and stir fry for a minute or two. (try salt. Generally, if you put more chopped peppers, you don't need salt. Because the chopped peppers are salty.
Step4:Out of the pot. On the table.
Cooking tips:It's good to stir fry the garlic sprouts after they are put into the pot. Don't fry them for too long. Otherwise, there are skills for over cooking and delicious cooking.
