Step1:The chicken gizzards were cleaned thoroughly and sliced.
Step2:Cut chicken gizzards, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, cumin powder and pepper, marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step3:Cut ginger, garlic and dried chilli and set aside.
Step4:Put oil in the pot. The amount of oil can be a little more than usual. Stir fry the marinated chicken gizzards until they are discolored. Cut and start the pot.
Step5:Use the remaining oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic, dry pepper and stir.
Step6:Stir fry the chicken gizzards, sprinkle cumin powder and cooked white sesame seeds until they are dry. Drizzle with sesame oil.
