Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Add salt, 8ml of raw soy sauce, 5ml of cooking wine and starch to minced pork and marinate for 10min; wash and cut scallion; peel and wash garlic and press into mashed garlic.
Step3:Put the sweet potato vermicelli into boiling water. Cook for about 8 minutes until there is no hard core, then remove.
Step4:Cool the vermicelli in cold water. Drain and add 15ml of raw soy sauce and 15ml of vinegar. Mix well.
Step5:Put the oil in the hot pot. Stir fry the minced pork until it changes color.
Step6:Add the scallion and mashed garlic and stir up the fragrance.
Step7:Put in the vermicelli and stir well.
Step8:Add chicken essence and onion. Stir well.
