Cooking tips:1. It's OK to choose raw streaky pork or bacon with fat and thin meat. It's delicious only when there's fat and thin meat. I use the part of beef with fat from local materials. 2. Green pepper is easy to be cooked, so put it later. 3. Stir well and then simmer with less water to make it more tasty. It doesn't need to be cooked for a long time.
