I like to eat spring rolls. So I made it myself.
Step1:Thaw the spring roll skin for 30 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth to avoid moisture loss. Carrots, potatoes, cabbages, mushrooms, ham, all sliced.
Step2:First, stir fry the shredded ham over medium low heat. Stir fry the shredded carrots in a small heat and add some salt to taste. Finally, put down the mushroom, potato and cabbage in order, add some salt and chicken powder, stir fry. Finally, add some water, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes. Thicken the pot with raw powder and water.
Step3:Stir fry all the ingredients. It's time to pack spring rolls. Put the materials in the middle in order and roll them up.
Step4:Heat up the oil under the pot. Then fry the spring rolls in the oil pot until golden. Tomato sauce. Sour peppers go well with it
