Cooking Steps

  7. Step7:Whipped cream until the lines show. When whipping cream, remember to make sure that there is no oil or water in the egg basin. You can also put the beater and the egg basin into the refrigerator for a while in advance. This will better beat cream. If you like sweet, you can add some sugar in this step.

  8. Step8:Add half strawberry paste. Mix well.

  10. Step10:Pour the prepared mousse paste into the mold. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Wait for mousse to solidify. Because it's for Valentine's day. So I used a heart-shaped mold. Usually I can use glass bowls, cups and other containers to make mousse. The prepared mousse paste should be poured into the mould as soon as possible to set the shape.

  11. Step11:After mousse is completely solidified and taken out from the refrigerator, the hot towel can be used to apply heat to the mold for easy demoulding.

  12. Step12:Oil paper cuts out the heart shape and sprinkles with cocoa powder. It's called heart to heart printing. If you have cooked sesame powder, seaweed powder, Matcha powder and sugar powder, you can use them. Without this step, of course, there is no problem.
