The new way to eat instant noodles ~ it uses the first Ding of instant noodles. It has a different flavor.
Step1:Cabbage, carrot, mung bean sprout, leek and shallot shall be cleaned. Cabbage shall be cut into strips. Carrots shall be peeled and cut into carrot shreds. Leek and shallot shall be cut into inch long sections.
Step2:Take water in the pot. Put the water into the instant noodle after boiling. Cook in high heat until it is 8 years old. Remove. Supercooled water. Then control and dry it for standby.
Step3:The marinated pork tenderloin is wrapped with raw meal. Put the pot on the fire. Heat the pot until the white smoke comes out. Then put in vegetable oil. When it's 60% hot. Put in the pork chop. Fry in medium and low heat. After one side is fried, fry the other side. After both sides are golden, take out the pork chop to control the oil. Cut it into strips for preparation.
Step4:Put the oil in the pot again. Heat it to 60% of the oil temperature. Put in the cabbage. Stir fry for a few times.
Step5:Then add carrot shreds, mung bean sprouts, leek and shallot. Heat. Stir again until all the vegetables are soft.
Step6:Put in the cooked noodles. Turn over a few times. Then put in all the seasonings. Stir continuously. Before leaving the pot, put in the pork chop. Stir fry for several times to get out of the pot.
