Step3:Blanch the fresh bamboo shoots in boiling water for a few minutes to remove the smell of MA (lazy. There is no other pot. Put it directly into the soup on the ridge of mushrooms for blanching
Step4:When the oil is hot, put the ginger in the pot first. Then put the bamboo shoots and mushrooms in the pot together. Stir fry for a few minutes.
Step5:Pour in the spare mushroom soup. Add one scoop of old soy sauce, two scoops of raw soy sauce, a little salt and two scoops of sugar (according to personal taste, I prefer sweet taste). Boil for a while and stir fry.
Step6:The marinade is almost ready. Pour in the prepared flour and stir fry. After thickening, the marinade will be wrapped on the fresh bamboo shoots and mushrooms. The taste is better.
Step7:When Dangdang is out of the pot, this is the first dish that my chef has uploaded to bean and fruit.
