When I was a child, what I had to do in spring was to dig wild vegetables in the field. Half of my village's friends talked and laughed all the way with baskets and sickles. The happy time that carried the laughter of our childhood will never come back. But when I eat shepherd's purse, I always remember the good time.
Step1:Stir fry the eggs and mash them. Chop the vegetables. Add salt, pepper, pepper, sesame oil and scallion. Or add some shrimps and mix well.
Step2:Roll out the good leather and put it into shepherd's purse stuffing.
Step3:Put a proper amount of oil in the pot. Put the wrapped pot stickers in order one by one. Fry with the lid on a low heat for a while.
Step4:Pour some noodle water into the pan. Cover the pan and fry for three or four minutes.
