Step4:Heat up the oil in a hot pot. When the oil is heated to 60%, put in the ribs and fry until crispy.
Step5:Then leave some base oil. Stir fry shallot, ginger and garlic. Pour in sweet and sour juice. Bring to a boil.
Step6:Return the ribs to the pot. Stir well. Keep boiling and boil for a while. Wait until the juice is almost done. Get out of the pot.
