Dousha bread is my husband's favorite. Every time I make bread, I will make some small Dousha bread for him. Yesterday, I heard my mother-in-law said that my husband loved Ellen's Dousha toast before he got married. I would eat one every day. So I decided to make one for him to taste. Without any additives, it is naturally sweet and tastes great. -
Step1:Put the bread materials into the toaster in the order of sugar, salt, egg, milk, flour and yeast. Knead until the extension stage (about 12 minutes), put in the softened butter. Continue kneading for about 20 minutes.
Step2:Rub out the glove film.
Step3:It's twice as big. I've been fermenting in cold storage for 15 hours. You can also ferment at room temperature.
Step4:The fermented dough can be kneaded for another 25 minutes. The dough can be kneaded by hand for another 10 minutes. Then the dough can be divided into 5 equal parts.
Step5:Make five dough into oval pieces of the same size.
Step6:Put the bean paste on one of the pieces and sprinkle the peas.
Step7:Cover another piece of dough. Finish all in turn.
Step8:Just a little. It's divided into five parts.
Step9:Put it in the mold for two. I made two big ones and one small one. Normally, 450 grams of toast is just right.
Step10:No need to preheat the oven at 175 degrees. Spray some water in the mold and cover it. Bake for about 40 minutes. After it is out of the oven, screw it down and demould it.
Step11:Tear it with your hand. The drawing effect is very good.
Step12:Breakfast and afternoon tea are all suitable.
Step13:Another one.
