Step2:Shred carrot and celery. Dice fresh green and red peppers. Cut garlic and ginger well (garlic and ginger can remove fishy smell and enhance flavor). Slice lime and yellow lemon and remove seeds.

Step4:Put the boiled water in the pot into the chicken feet and add some cooking wine to make them smell fishy. Cook until the color of the chicken feet changes and cook for another minute (depending on personal taste preference. Some crispy can be boiled for a shorter time). Then pour out the hot water and put it into the prepared ice water
Step5:When the chicken feet are cooled sufficiently, drain the water and add all ingredients, sugar, pepper, pickled pepper and wild pepper. Add vinegar according to the amount (I used half a bottle). Then add water to cover the chicken feet. Put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
