Sometimes I don't want to go home to cook in rainy days. Sometimes I just buy some food in the nearby restaurant. But the restaurant outside is not as clean as home after all. So I bought stewed chicken sauce from a treasure and made it by myself. The sauce can also be made into stewed ribs. Try it next time.
Step1:Two big chicken legs need to be defrosted in advance. Or use microwave oven to defrost.
Step2:Cut into chunk
Step3:Boil a pot of water and blanch it. Remove the blood clot. Wash it for use.
Step4:Peel and dice potatoe
Step5:Put in the oil pan and fry for four to five minutes. Be careful to turn it over with a shovel. Otherwise, it will stick to the pot easily.
Step6:Fry like this and you'll be out of the pot. Put it aside for future use. If you think it's troublesome, you can cut it directly and put it into a high-pressure cooker together later.

Step9:Put the chicken, ginger, mushroom and stewed chicken sauce together in a pressure cooker, and finally add 400g water. After breathing, turn off the fire in five minutes.
Step10:Prepare a casserole and wash it. If there is no casserole, you can use an ordinary pot.
Step11:Put the pressed chicken in the casserole, and then put in the green pepper and potato pieces that have been cut before. Add whatever you like.
Step12:Boil it for a minute or two. Then you can turn it off.
Step13:Braised chicken is ready. It's clean and sanitary. This is actually a lazy version of mine. The sauce is bought by some treasure. You can make it if you can't cook it.
