Step1:Corn flour 3 cups. Sift; white flour 1 cup.
Step2:Put the eggs in the bowl with cornmeal and white flour. Add water and mix well.
Step3:Place in a warm place. Ferment naturally for 12 hours.
Step4:Fermented batter. Add sugar. Stir well.

Cooking tips:During fermentation, it is natural fermentation without adding any fermentation powder or baking powder. If you have too much hair, add some alkali noodles. The fermentation is not very good. You can add some soda to make dishes delicious.
