Step1:All the ingredients. Soak the sausage in water. Use the water to cook the glutinous rice. Use the microwave to cook the glutinous rice. It can be cooked quickly for 20 minutes. Add the flour and water to 2 eggs. Mix the flour paste as shown in the figure on the left. Because I don't like the thick surface wrapped outside, the flour paste I mixed is relatively thin. If you like the thick outer layer, you can add more flour to thicken it.

Step8:It's better to fry twice. For the first time, you only need to fry it in a light yellow color to get out of the pot. Then you can fry it in a golden yellow color for the second time. You can get out of the pot finished product. When it's hot, it's delicious
