Step1:Edible gelatin is soft with cold water. The Oreo powder is put into the fresh-keeping bag, crushed by hand and rolled into biscuit foam with a rolling pin.
Step2:Butter melts in wate

Step4:Put the cream cheese in the egg beating basin and cover with the fresh-keeping film to soften. The water temperature should not be too high. Beat the softened cheese with sugar and warm water. Add sugar powder, rum, lemon juice and Mengniu old yogurt. Beat each material well, then add another one. Stir to make a smooth cheese paste.
Step5:Heat the light cream in water and put in the edible gelatin.
Step6:Stir and melt in hot water.
Step7:Add the mixture of cream and gelatin into the cheese paste three times. Stir well.
Step8:Pour into the mould with the bottom of the biscuit frozen. Shake the mould and level it. Cover with the plastic film. Put it into the refrigerator for cold storage.
Step9:After 4 hours of cold storage, take out the hot towel, put it on the demoulder for demoulding, and cut the components.
Step10:Put the chocolate in the container.
Step11:Squeeze evenly on the cake. Remember to speed up.
