Among Hong Kong street snacks, curry fish and egg is one of my favorite. QQ's fish eggs are wrapped in a thick curry sauce. It's spicy and delicious. People can't stop eating.
Step1:Cut ginger, garlic, onion and pepper. Wash and cut the pigskin. Cut the squid into sections. Wash the fish eggs in reserve.
Step2:Put water in a pot. Add ginger or cooking wine to boil. Add fish eggs, squid and pig skin to water.
Step3:Stir fry the onion in the pot.
Step4:Stir fry ginger and garlic.
Step5:Then stir fry the chili and curry sauce. Add oyster sauce, chicken powder and warm water.
Step6:Cook the eggs and squid over low heat for 15 minutes. Then put the pig skin for 15 minutes. Season. Add the raw powder to the juice.
Step7:Start the pot and decorate it with scallion.
Step8:If you can't finish the next day, you can put in the radish and cook it.
Step9:If you want to eat noodles, just scoop up the cooked noodles. Put the curry fish eggs and the soup together. It will become a very delicious curry noodles.
Cooking tips:It would be better if we could buy Guanyi curry powder. Pig skin is easily rotten. Do not cook for too long. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
