I have loved curry since I went to Thailand. I always put some curry in stir fry. My husband 's favorite. I do a lot of cooking. I have friends at home. If it's for two people, I can reduce it properly.
Step1:Chicken, onion, carrot, potato, diced. Spare.
Step2:Melt the butter in the pan.
Step3:Then add the chicken and stir fry.
Step4:Stir fry the chicken. Add in the onion and stir.
Step5:Add carrots, potatoes, stir fry and milk.
Step6:Add water, curry block, curry powder, salt and water in a small amount. Just foam the vegetables. Heat it up. Cook it over medium or small heat. Make sure to keep boiling. Turn it over every other time so as not to paste the pan.
Step7:Cook it for about 20 minutes. The curry is thickened. Add soy sauce to mix the color at last. Then you can get out of the pot.
