Step3:Wipe the crab with the kitchen tissue. Cover the crab shell again. Code it in the fresh-keeping box in turn. Pour in the sauce and cooking wine. If you like it a little spicy, you can cut some small sharp pepper into it. Seal it and refrigerate it. You can eat it in 24 hours. You can't put it too long. Eat it in three days.
Step4:When eating, cut some shallots, pour some sauce, sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds. The crab is cold. It must be served with hot rice. It should also be appropriate. It can't be eaten too much at a time.
