Step1:Mix sugar powder and Matcha powder.
Step2:Soften the butter.
Step3:Add sugar powder and Matcha to the butter. Beat evenly with the eggbeater.
Step4:Add the yolk three times. Stir well. (note - be sure to mix the yolk and butter thoroughly before adding the next yolk.
Step5:Sift in the low gluten flour, mix well with a scraper, and knead it into dough by hand.
Step6:Wrap the dough with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step7:Take out the dough that has been refrigerated and relaxed, roll it into a thick and even dough, carve the shape with a cutting die, and sprinkle the surface with coarse sugar. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Place the pan in the middle of the oven. Bake at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes. (note - time and temperature are for reference only.
