This is a dish made by my mother. I always like the taste. Now I also learn to make it by myself. I recommend it to my friends who like the light ginger flavor.

Cooking tips:It doesn't need much ginger. It's seasoned. I made ginger mud with garlic mud clip. It tastes better in soy sauce. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
