Luohanzhai is also known as luohancai. It was originally a Buddhist named Zhai. This dish is named after the gathering of the eighteen Arhats. It is the family blessing of the temple flavor. It is made of eighteen kinds of delicious raw materials. It is the best of the sauerkraut dishes. When ancient people set up a vegetarian table in Buddhism, they were prepared to serve this dish. Rich people, of course, three mushrooms and six ears, have all kinds of things, while ordinary people, three or five kinds of materials, are also a luohanzhai. Today, what I do is luohanzhai in the common people's home. Basically, it's better to have some materials matched. The ingredients are also as you like. It's not very particular. -
