Step1:Clean pork tenderloin, control water content, remove impurities from black and white sesame seeds.
Step2:Cut the meat into 0.3cm thick. Pat it loose with the back of the knife. Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, pepper and starch. Beat in the egg. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step3:Divide the meat into two parts. Dip one part evenly in white sesame and the other evenly in black sesame.
Step4:Heat the pot and pour in the oil. Heat the oil to 70% heat over medium heat. Put in the sliced meat dipped in sesame seeds. Fry until it is slightly yellow and remove. Control the oil and then put it on a plate.
