The climate is dry in spring. You can't be capricious even if you like eating meat any more. It's too easy to get angry. Your mouth is dry. Vegetable is a better choice. Everything revives in spring. Many vegetables are seasonal. You won't be disappointed if you stir fry or mix them. I didn't like to eat cauliflower before. But I only accepted one way. I added two kinds of ingredients, tomato and sea rice, and fried them together. They are delicious.
Step1:Peel the tomatoes. Chop them into pieces.
Step2:Soak the rice in warm water for about 15 minutes.
Step3:Break the cauliflower into small pieces and wash them.
Step4:Put a proper amount of cooking oil in the pot. Heat the oil and stir fry the onion. Then put the tomato and stir fry it. While frying, cut the tomato into pieces with a shovel until the soup is out.
Step5:Add tomato sauce, salt and sugar.
Step6:Add in the sea rice and stir well.
Step7:Pour in cauliflower and stir fry until cauliflower is ripe. If you think there is less soup, you can add less water or water soaked in Haimi.
Step8:Dish.
