At first, I wanted to make a 6-inch pan. As a result, the hateful 6-inch pan made the batter solid. I had no choice but to make a mini version. What surprises me most is that the mini version is just one person. The satisfaction of eating a thousand layer cake by yourself is still ineffable.
Step1:Sift low gluten flour in advance. Add Earl's black tea, sugar and salt and mix well.
Step2:Mix the eggs and milk well.
Step3:Slowly pour the egg mixture into the powder mixture. Pour and stir.
Step4:The salt free butter is heated and melted in hot water. Pour into the batter and stir well. Let the batter stand for about 15 minutes.
Step5:Heat the pan. Brush the bottom with salad oil. (I use a non stick small milk pot with a diameter of 12cm. I can use other non stick pan. But this small milk pot can be used for two people.
Step6:Pour about 15g of batter into the milk pot. Heat the thousand layers of batter to the full set state.
Step7:Put the fried skin on the plate and cool it for use.
Step8:Start making the Earl's black tea casda. Whisk egg yolk with sugar until white and fluffy.
Step9:Sift in low gluten flour and mix well.
Step10:Heat the milk in the black tea bag until it boils. Remove the black tea bag.
Step11:Slowly pour the milk into the egg yolk paste. Be sure to stir while pouring. Otherwise, the egg flower soup will change.
Step12:Return the mixture to the pot. Heat at low temperature. Stir while heating until the casserole thickens.
Step13:After leaving the fire, add the salt-free butter. Use the remaining temperature to melt the butter and stir evenly. The prepared black tea casda sauce can be placed in a completely non scalding state.
Step14:On a clean plate, put a layer of skin on it first.
Step15:Spread the whipped cream and a thousand layers of skin.
Step16:Spread a layer of black tea casda sauce and a layer of skin.
Step17:And so on. Thousand layer skin → light cream → thousand layer skin → black tea Cassida → thousand layer skin. Put the thousand layers into the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.

Cooking tips:1. This square can make two mini versions of thousand layers. Of course, if you make 6 inches, this square doesn't need to be changed. 2. If you're not sure if it's cooked, fry it to the bottom and puff up some bubbles. Be careful not to put too thick batter. 3. If you don't add the Earl's black tea powder, it will become the original thousand layer cake. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
