But I can't eat more pickled food. So I'll make them in limited quantity every time. I'll pickle one radish and a handful of beans at a time (the supermarket ties them up. A handful is about 500g). The basic finished product is two small bottles. Generally, pickled beans are made by soaking in water. I have nothing else but salt. It's very simple. It can be eaten in 35 days when it's warm.
Step1:Soak the beans in the water after they are bought. Soak them for a while and change the water several times. Because this kind of bean is very good for insects to eat. But what you see is very good-looking. It should have been watered. Wash and dry.
Step2:Cut into small pieces.
Step3:Add the salt. Put it evenly for a period of time to make the salt wrap more evenly.
Step4:The beans rubbed with salt turn green. Put them in the bottle. Close the lid (air leakage will damage them).
Step5:Put it at the high temperature. About 5 days. The color will turn yellow and transparent as shown in the picture.
Step6:You can stir fry minced meat. Stir fry chicken gizzards. It's very delicious.
