Step1:Snails (found in the field) soak for 2-3 days. Remove the mu
Step2:Wash the Spearmint (dog meat) and take 500g of the soaked snail. Brush the mud off the shell with a clean brush. After cleaning the surface of the shell, cut off the tail of the snail with a pair of pliers or a pair of scissors. (one is to remove most of the waste of the snail. The other is to add more flavor to the meat when frying. After cleaning the tail, wash the snail with water until there is no obvious sundries in the water. Step3:Prepare seasoning before frying - ginger, garlic, dried pepper, all in proper amount. Prickly ash (20 grains). Cut scallion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper for frying.
Step4:Heat oil in a hot pot. Stir fry ginger slices, dried peppers, garlic and pepper until fragrant for about 30s
Step5:Pour in the prepared snails and stir fry them for several times. Pour in some water and put them into the snails. Pour in 3 tablespoons salt and 1 tablespoon monosodium glutamate. Stir again for several times.
Step6:Cover the pot for 15 minutes. Turn it over again for 15 minutes.
Step7:Pour in Spearmint (dog meat) and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Step8:Install the tray. Prepare the toothpick and start.
