Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Pour the yolk and sugar into the bowl.

2. 

   Step2:Beat until white with eggbeate

3. 

   Step3:Pour the milk into the pot. Boil over medium low heat.

4. 

   Step4:Pour the boiled milk into the egg yolk (the second part). Mix well (while pouring and stirring).

5. 

   Step5:Pour it back into the pot. Bring it to a boil.

6. 

   Step6:Pour into the container. Cool naturally. Refrigerate.

7. 

   Step7:Take it out after two hours and mix it again evenly. (repeat twice).

8. 

   Step8:Freeze overnigh
