Step9:Take out the cooked Flammulina mushroom and spread it on the bottom of the bowl.
Step10:Boil the soup again. Pour the fat cattle into the soup and boil for three or five minutes.
Step11:Add minced millet and green pepper before cooking. Turn off the heat.
Step12:Pour the beef and soup into the bowl with the mushroom. Heat a little hot oil in another pot and pour it on the beef. Sprinkle with scallion.
