I remember that I once tasted to cook all kinds of fish together in the mountain farmhouse. It was delicious. This time, my father brought some fresh wild crucian carp and anchovies. I thought I would try to cook them at home. In order to cash in, I went to the market and bought two Portunus and a few snails.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Fish wash, cut and set asid
