Step3:Beat the cream until it's fine. Remember to fight in ice water.
Step4:Mix the whipped cream with the gilding milk and mango puree. Put into the mould. Pay attention to spreading biscuit crumbs on the bottom (biscuit crumbs mixed with butter. Flattened). Refrigerate it.
Step5:Take it out in two hours. Mix fish jelly and a spoon of mango mud on top of mousse to make a mirror. Then refrigerate it for a few hours to take it out.
