Pay attention to the high temperature in summer, which can be removed by ice water.
Step6:Mix the whipped cream with the cooled strawberry jam. Take out the cake mould from the refrigerator. Pour the mixture into the mould. Level and clean the edge. Refrigerate for more than 4 hours.
Step7:When the refrigerated mousse is demoulding, it can be blown off the outer wall of the mould with a hot wind of an electric blower to facilitate demoulding; after demoulding, the mousse can be moved to the cake tray as a whole, which can be decorated according to personal preferences, played its own role, and made the strawberry mousse belonging to each of you.
