The recipe is self-made. Matcha and rose are special. The more you chew the yam in QQ, the more fragrant it is. You can eat many at a time. This one I made is a mini version. It can be made into 30 parts. You can also make bigger ones. Make 20. In addition, many sweet potato fillings are added with corn starch on the basis of glutinous rice flour. I have tried this configuration myself. But personally, I still like the feeling of making pure glutinous rice flour. I think it's too soft with corn starch. It's not enough Q and not sticky enough. So I made this recipe with pure glutinous rice flour. We deliberately mix according to our favorite taste.

Cooking tips:I don't like sweetness, so there's not much sugar in the recipe. You can add sugar to my recipe if you like. In addition, I use Isuzu's Matcha powder. The color is super beautiful. It's very fragrant and tastes pure. Other Matcha powder colors may not be so beautiful. But other Matcha powder can also be used instead. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
