Pickled peppers and chicken feet are the food that can be prepared in this season. Make them in a glass jar filled with pickled peppers. Put them on the jar full of pickled peppers. You can make saliva just by looking at the transparency.
Step1:Wash the chicken feet. Cut off the nails. Cut them into three sections. Blanch them and take out.
Step2:Add another pot of cold water. Add chicken feet, green onion, pepper, star anise, ginger slices, cooking wine and a little salt. Cook for about 7 minutes.

Step7:Take out the soy beans and put them into the ice water. Meanwhile, leave the brine in the pot to cool.
Step8:Take out the Maodou and drain it. Soak it in the cold brine overnight. Finish.
