Step1:Soak the peeled mungbean one night in advance; drain the soaked mungbean. Melt the sugar with proper amount of water and pour it in (level with mungbean). Steam for 30-40 minutes (it is better to use the pressure cooker to shorten the time
Step2:Steam the cooked mung beans and mash them into mung bean puree; open the pot over low heat. Add oil in the pot and pour in mung bean puree. Stir fry for about 5 minutes and then leave the pot to cool.
Step3:Mung bean paste is divided into 50g each and 20g each. It is kneaded into groups (75g mold is used
Step4:Wrap the bean paste with mung bean paste and knead it into a ball.
Step5:Choose the flower pieces you like and press them into a mold. Put them in the refrigerator for cold storage.
