Step1:Prepare the materials. Clean the bean sprouts and rape.
Step2:Put a spoon of salt in the bowl. Add warm water and stir until the salt melts.
Step3:Add warm water to the flour. Add water little by little. Let the flour absorb all the water. Mix it into floccules. Knead it into a ball. The flour should be a little harder.

Step6:After the dough wakes up, add some crude oil. Rub all the oil into the dough. Cover the dough and wake up for another 10 minutes. Add oil and make the dough stronger.
Step7:When you wake up, knead the dough. Sprinkle some thin dough on the panel. Roll the dough into a big round cake.
Step8:Use a knife to cut the pancake into 1cm wide noodles.
Step9:Hold the two sections of the noodles with your hands. They are shaking in the air. The noodles can be stretched out to 1 meter long. Put them into the pot directly. Stretch all the noodles well.
Step10:Boil the noodles. Pour the noodles into the basin with hot water. Add a little cold water into the basin. Then you can pull them out. If you don't need cold water to filter the noodles directly, you will be afraid of the noodles coming back. Put the noodles on the green bean sprouts and rape. Add 2 tablespoons salt, raw soy sauce, rice vinegar and chicken essence.
Step11:Another pot. Heat the oil. Heat the oil until it's 7 minutes hot. Pour the hot oil on the chili noodles several times. It will have a fragrance. Stir evenly. The taste is very good. If you can't eat spicy, put less chili powder.
