Let's go on a picnic. -
Step1:Slice Beef. Marinate with cooking wine, salt, sugar, pepper, cornmeal and oil for half an hour.
Step2:Cut the tip of the asparagus 10 cm long. The second half will be used as a vegetable salad.
Step3:Blanch the asparagus in fish eye water until it is eight ripe. Remove and soak in ice water to fix the color.
Step4:Cut the cheese into smaller pieces which are narrower and shorter than the beef slices. Fold them on the beef slices and wrap the asparagus tips.

Step6:Brush thin oil on the pan. Fry the beef and asparagus rolls on medium heat until they are Caramel colored. Dish them.
Step7:Cut the corn shoots. Slice the cucumber. Cut the cherry tomatoes.
Step8:Boil asparagus and corn shoots.
Step9:Soak asparagus and corn shoots in ice water for 10 minutes. Remove and drain.
Step10:Mix asparagus, corn shoots, tomatoes, cucumbers and salad dressing.

Cooking tips:1. If bacon is used instead of beef, fry it slowly in an oil-free pan over medium heat. 2. It is recommended to choose the vegetables and fruits that can be eaten with a sign. After all, picnic is not very convenient to use small food particles that are too scattered. 3.
